Miracoil Pillow Warranty
The SleepMaker Miracoil Pillow Warranty period is 3 years from the original date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects due to faulty materials or workmanship. The warranty only applies if you are the original purchaser and the product was purchased through an authorised SleepMaker retailer. It does not apply to products used for business/commercial purposes. Personal preference (e.g. comfort level) or change of mind is not a warranty claim. Your claim must be made by returning your purchase to the retailer or contacting us directly at the address below accompanied by a receipt or other evidence of purchase. We reserve the right to decline warranty service for any product that is returned with significant soiling or in an unsanitary condition.
SleepMaker’s sole obligation under this warranty is, at its discretion, to repair the product or replace it with the same or an equivalent product. Please note that all product care instructions must be followed and failure to do so may void this warranty. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
